Ad Requirements and Specifications

Resolution:

DPI for all ads should be between 250 and 300.

File Formats:

Ads should be saved as PDF or EPS Please make sure all fonts are either embedded in or included with the file given to ensure exact font printing. (Ads saved, as JPG are to be black and white only.) Ads saved under any other format will not correct properly.

Color Advertisements:

All color ads should be saved as CMYK if saved as RGB they will print black and white.

Other Requirements:

All Ads must be camera ready, following the mentioned requirements. Please submit ad on CD with hard copy attached.

Any Advertisement not meeting the above referenced specifications runs the risk of printing blurry with jagged edges, distorted or otherwise improperly to the customer’s satisfaction. Please take every precaution to ensure the quality of your ad. The League is held harmless if the referenced requirements and specifications are not followed in the preparing of all materials submitted.
